Baked Fish



250ml Allsome Rice 
1l Water
1packet Fresh mushrooms
3tbsp Olive oil
1 Salt and ground pepper for seasoning
1 Celery (As a garnish)
4 Hake fillets
1 Lemon
1tbsp Olive oil



  1. Cook the Allsome Rice according to instructions on pack.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
  3. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment.
  4. Place fish fillets on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Combine the zest and juice of one lemon with olive oil.
  6. Drizzle the lemon and olive oil mixture over the fish fillets.
  7. Bake for about 8 minutes until cooked.
  8. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  9. Add the mushrooms.
  10. Season the mushrooms with salt and ground pepper
  11. Fry mushrooms until brown.
  12. Add the fried mushroom in the cooked Allsome Rice.
  13. Stir the mushroom and rice together.
  14. Cut the celery in half and add to the dish as a garnish.
